ZillowVERIFIEDI had a challenging experience working with Krista during a recent real estate transaction. From the beginning, it became clear that she was unfamiliar with the property she was representing and ill-informed about the facts. Despite our efforts to get clear and accurate information, she often seemed unaware of the property's details, making it difficult to make informed decisions. What was even more frustrating was her emotional investment in the sale. Instead of providing a balanced and professional perspective, she became overly involved on a personal level, which clouded her judgment and professionalism. In what could have been a straightforward transaction, her curt, unhelpful responses only seemed to complicate matters further. When the deal hit a snag, her lack of finesse became painfully evident. She struggled to navigate the situation with the necessary tact and negotiation skills to keep things moving forward smoothly. As a result, she falsely claimed we had poor intentions when entering the contract and let the deal die. Most concerning was her encouragement of the seller to keep the good faith deposit. She claimed that the seller had been aEURoeharmedaEUR? in some way, but her explanation contradicted the facts and seemed biased. It felt as though she was more focused on protecting the sellers emotions than facilitating a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved. Unfortunately, my experience with Krista was not positive, and I would be hesitant to work with her again in the future. A real estate transaction requires professionalism, knowledge, and a steady hand, all qualities that were lacking in this instance.
