Krista did an amazing job of pricing and then listing the house, arranging handymen to make a few repairs, finding a buyer, and then setting up the title/closing process. Actually, she found two well-qualified buyers for us. After the first buyer made an offer, the house went into probate upon my mothers death, which meant we had to take the house off the market and the buyer understandably backed out. Krista worked with our attorney, got the house relisted where it was approved by the court, and found the eventual buyer. Throughout the entire process, she was always on it, pleasant, helpful and encouraging. For our needs, we feel so lucky to have found Krista. We dont see how anyone else could have served us better.

ZillowVERIFIED The NIGHTMARE of buying a house across the country would have been impossible without Krista. We had gone through 4 realtors before our realtor in nh paired us with her. The other realtors didn't understand our needs, our passions and weren't responsive. Once we talked to Krista we knew all of our issues would be easy. We had massive problems with the loan company and she was always there with a helpful idea or with just great moral support. In the end we found a gorgeous house well within our budget, our needs and safe for our animals. Krista went above and way beyond her duties as our realtor and made sure we were in that house, loved in and had a smooth closing. We had a very large issue due to the lenders which delayed our closing from the 2nd to the 7th, meaning we had to wait over a weekend homeless in the middle of the desert. I'm not lying when I'm telling you Krista called me more than anyone. 10 times a day, kept us updated on every single step these lenders were doing and were on top of them entirely. I had heard from our lenders once during that time. ONCE. While my family was suffering. This journey was not possible without Krista and I can not recommend her enough. She was hit with some new unique situations and would get answers within minutes from her team. We will absolutely be using her again when we decide to sell if we do. ZillowVERIFIED It took about a year and a half to finally put myself in a position to make my move to Henderson. Krista kept in touch without being annoying, during this time. When it came time to look at houses, Krista would graciously spend hours to help find the right house. Coming from out of state we had to cram in as many houses as our limited time permitted. When we found our home, Krista had the contacts available to do all the necessary home inspections. We negotiated an additional $14000 off the price in a sellers market. At the end of the deal, we had a hiccup (as all home purchases do) and had to delay our closing. This was a paperwork problem caused by escrow, but Krista negotiated a rent back, got us into our home to keep all our moving schedule in place, and even paid our 3 days rent that she didnt have to. Great experience overall!
