ZillowVERIFIEDKrista Jelsky truly exceeded our expectations throughout the recent sale of our home and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From our first meeting to closing day, the communication was exceptional, with Krista always responding quickly and keeping us informed at every turn. Kristas knowledge of our local market is unmatched, and she knew exactly how to price our home, leading to a quick sale that exceeded our asking price. But most of all, what sets Krista apart is her outstanding customer service. We felt valued and heard throughout the entire process. Our first experience with Krista was in 2015 when we were shopping for a new home. The experience was so good that she was the only realtor we considered when we decided to sell our home in 2025. There is no one we would trust more than Krista to help us navigate the process of selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista is an extremely knowledgeable realtor, not only is she an excellent research person to find you a home in a location you're looking to buy but she also has a great deal of home knowledge as far as what kind of updates have been done that currently benefit the home and what the best improvements could be done to increase the homes value! She works all hours of the day and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I could not ask for anyone better to help with the whole home buying process!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista was awesome to work with! With how crazy the housing market is it took us almost eight months to find the perfect home. Krista was so patient and encouraging. When houses popped up and knew we needed to see it ASAP Krista was always quick to respond. She was wonderful at working with us to find times that fit in our crazy work schedules to see houses. Krista was so helpful in pointing out things which may be a concern down the road and helped give insight in what replacements and repairs might cost. As first time home buyers she walked us through the important things to think about when buying a house and the entire process. We knew we could ask her anything and if it was something she was unfamiliar with she would find the answer. We really valued her opinions and advice! She helped us find our perfect starter home!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista has been a stellar agent. Not only did she help me find the house I spent 6 years in, but she helped me sell it as well. Her knowledge of the extremely few and far between comps priced the house so well I was able to pick from multiple offers by 3 days. She listened to what I felf the perks of the home would be and showcased that within the description and pictures. When an appraisal came in super low, she fought hard to show them it was worth more, which was evident when a different appraiser came out under a different contract. I would 100% recommend Krista for any home buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista was phenomenal every step of the way! She answered every question with ease - she was very knowledgeable about the area, and she responded to my emails and questions very quickly which was important to me. She was also very friendly and was never bothered by the constant questions I seemed to have. In fact, when I apologized for all of the back and forth, she made sure I knew she was so happy to help in any way she could. I will absolutely work with Krista again.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Krista after having an awful experience with a previous realtor when going through our first home buying experience. I can?t say enough how grateful we are that we made the decision to switch realtors. In our initial phone call with Krista, she asked us more questions than our previous relator ever did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of finding the perfect home for us. My husband and I were blown away at the amount of knowledge and expertise she had for each house we were shown (i.e., signs of water damage, shape of foundation, etc). We highly recommend Krista for buying or selling!!

ZillowVERIFIED There is simply no better realtor than Krista. From her knowledge to her communication throughout the home buying/selling process she is 2nd to none. She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes it so easy on you. We will never use another realtor. We have used her for both of our houses we bought and she sold our 1st home for us in a day. She is the best, period!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista was such an amazing realtor!! She was on top of things every step of the way, anticipated our needs and was in constant communication during the home buying process. We were bidding on a highly competitive property and she came to the showing with all preparation and research completed and even was able to make our offer while we were at the property. She advised us on how to make to most appealing offer for the home and the seller accepted our offer over an entirely cash one!!! She has great working relationships with other realtors and her mortgage, inspection and title company recommendations were also great to work with and made the process efficient and easy. Buying a home can be an incredibly stressful experience but never once were we worried because we knew we were in good hands with Krista as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista is honest, hard working, professional, and committed to making your home goals a reality. My husband and I have bought and sold 3 homes over the last 8 years but our experience with Krista was hands down the best. Our home sold less than a week on the market, and the moment it sold she had us out looking for our new home the very next day. Krista makes you feel like you are her only client and getting you into the perfect home is her only priority. She is knowledgable, responsive, prepared, and absolutely goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job. With Krista in your corner, you can enjoy the experience of searching for a new home rather than dreading it, we will always recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell!

ZillowVERIFIED There is no one more qualified to help you with all your real estate needs than Krista. She is honest, personable, hardworking and is always prepared. She sold our condo in 2 weeks and we got the highest price per sq. foot than any other home in our subdivision. Our experience with Krista felt like she was only working for us and nobody else. She responds to texts and phone calls within minutes and will send and wait for emails in all hours of the day even if its 11:30 PM at night and she is already in bed (true story!). She exceeded all our expectations and we have had the best experience with her than any other realtor we have worked with. Despite having a wide network of family and friends who are realtors, we will only work with Krista in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista helped us sell a very nice property that other local agents couldn't get sold. She executed more and better marketing strategies which led to more foot traffic through the property in the "off-season" than the other agents did in prime spring/summer season. In the end, the property sold for what we consider a very fair price. Thank you Krista!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have had a more professional, competent and responsible agent help us sell our home. Krista carefully listened to us, counseled us, made excellent suggestions, properly listed all the positives about our house on an excellent website and guided us to a sale well above the asking price. We had about 7 showings and multiple offers the first day. We had multiple questions and Krista got back to us within minutes. Buying or selling a house can be a stressful experience - but when you have an agent like Krista leading the way and if you listen to her - the experience is actually fun and the results could not be better. Thank you Krista!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista was so amazing to work with. She was honest, and extremely knowledgeable. She also is super easy to get in touch with, responding immediately to texts, emails and phone calls. She was also following up to make sure the buying process was moving along on the lenders side. She was also able to recommend a great home inspector and moving company as well which was very helpful to us as first time homebuyers. I would definitely work with her in the future, and give her nothing but the highest recommendation to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista contacted us in a very timely manner when we decided to list. She showed up for our first meeting looking very professional and very organized. She had all her credentials and references and also current selling prices in our neighborhood for our size and type of house. She kept in constant contact for any issue that arose. She went above and beyond what we thought we were even going to get from any agent. I have already told family and friends if they need an agent Krista is the one they should contact. I will use her again if I ever sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista Jelsky is that rare real estate professional who handles details in a timely fashion, listens to what you are asking for and delivers gracefully. Krista has helped us buy a condo and also sold a home that was "quirky" -- and made both experiences easy for us. Our outcomes were perfect. She helped us with the stress of searching and selling with her calm, expressive demeanor and made us feel supported and educated along the way. I would not ever go to anyone else. Ever! I've recommended her to others and feel confident in doing that because she's really good at her work. Krista is down to earth and easy to talk to, but she's also intuitive enough to understand mixed signals from the clients (yes we weren't exactly sure what we were DOING at first!) and she's got a warm heart besides. This woman showed up for one closing while she was "down in the flu season." She saw it through and her behavior showed us every step of the way that she was working for our benefit, not her own. Love this person! Highly recommend you call her.
