ZillowVERIFIEDKrista was a great resource and help to us when buying our first home in Florida. When we were ready to make an offer on a home, we had a tough seller that wasn't willing to budge much but Krista was still able to get us a great deal and work on some repairs on the property as well. We had such a great experience working with her, that we are currently looking to buy again with her soon! Highly recommend Krista and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista Hoff went above and beyond throughout the sale of my home. This was not a simple transaction. We dealt with payoff issues, title questions, inspection repairs, a difficult tree issue involving the city, tight timelines, and several points where the deal could have easily fallen apart. Krista stayed engaged through all of it. She communicated constantly, worked directly with the buyers agent and title company, helped find solutions instead of just identifying problems, and kept everything moving toward closing. She even reduced and ultimately waived her own commission to help make the numbers work for me, which says a lot about the kind of person and professional she is. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was being left to figure things out on my own. She was responsive, patient, honest, and willing to put in the extra work when things became complicated. We closed successfully, and a big reason we got there was because Krista kept pushing the process forward and looking out for my best interests. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I honestly cant say enough good things about working with Krista Hoff in St. Augustine. From the very first conversation, her deep knowledge of the local market (especially the short-term rental/investment side) was obvious and incredibly valuable. She knows St. Johns County inside and outaEUR"neighborhoods, flood zones, HOA rules, rental projections, you name it. What truly sets her apart is how patient, honest, and responsive she is. You can tell that Krista is the type of realtor thats truly in it for her clients, not just a paycheck. She never rushed us, always made time to answer our (many!) questions, and wasnt afraid to give her professional opinion when we were about to make an offer, which really helped in maximizing what we could get back from the seller, while still being competitive on a highly desirable property. Shes kind, friendly, and truly enjoyable to spend time with, yet shes also a total powerhouse: always on top of deadlines, inspection periods, contract details, and every little thing that could slip through the cracks. Her communication is lightning-fastaEUR"texts, calls, emails, whatever we needed, she was there. If youre buying (or selling) in the St. Augustine, Anastasia Island, Vilano, or surrounding areasaEUR"especially if youre looking at investment or short-term rental propertiesaEUR"do yourself a favor and call Krista first. She made a stressful process feel smooth and even fun. 10/10, highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista made the process of buying my short-term rental absolutely seamless from start to finish. From our very first call, she understood exactly what I was looking foraEUR"not just a house, but an investment that would work as a profitable rental. She was incredibly knowledgeable about local zoning, permitting, and rental regulations, and she pointed out details I wouldve never thought to check on my own. She went above and beyondaEUR"running comps for similar rentals, connecting me with inspectors and contractors, and even sharing tips on furnishing and marketing the property to maximize bookings. Krista was always available to answer questions (and I had a lot!) and her communication was clear, honest, and fast. Thanks to her guidance, I not only found the perfect property, but I also felt confident every step of the way. If youre looking for an agent who truly gets the short-term rental market and will work tirelessly to get you the right property, Krista is the one!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista is patient and honest and a joy to work with. She took us to many varied homes while we worked out between ourselves exactly what we were looking for. She was very in tune to new listings and as soon as one would pop up which met our criteria she was on it. Krista clearly enjoys what she does and this makes a world of difference when you ask to see lots of listings. When it came time for negotiations she was very creative and clearly showed that she had our backs.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista is knowledgeable, outgoing and very patient. She has gone out of her way to help with our home purchase needs. She has worked late into the night and even showed us property on Mothers Day. We had made up our minds for the location of what was to be our new home, but Krista was fine tuned into our needs and found us the perfect property outside of our predetermined zone. We would not have found our perfect home if it wasnt for Kristas hard work and professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista exhibits non-stop energy and concern for the client. We have listed both our home and a lot for sale with Krista. The lot sold less than 24 hours after going on MLS. Meantime, she also was able to locate us a new home and worked to structure the transaction to meet our unique situation. Krista's "whatever it takes" persona assures buyers and sellers alike that the deal will get done!
