ZillowVERIFIED We needed to move our house quickly due to a job transition. We had tried for months to sell by owner and when we reached out to Kris, she took the bull by the horns. We were already moved out of town but the house was there for the showing. She led several open houses for interested parties and for realtors. She offered incentives to get things moving with showings and other realtors. Very pleasant, no hard pushing, knows to whom she needs to communicate. We left in mid-August and we closed on 31 October. You can find no one better in NW Missouri!

Kris worked well with the relocation company, and was very good about taking our needs/wants/concerns about the sale seriously. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about other homes for sale in the area that we were able to set and adjust the sale price in order to achieve the most views and interest. She made the home selling process very easy for us (especially closing), even though we lived four hours away. She took care of everything, and for that we are so incredibly thankful. We told her what we were looking for in a house, and she took us to see 8 houses in one evening! She worked around our tight schedules better than anyone else could have done. Kris was incredibly knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, maintenance/upkeep of each house type, and the buying process in general. When I would start to panic about something (everything, to be honest...), Kris was the first person to give reassurance that everything was normal, and would just explain in detail the process. There were 4 other offers on our house when we put ours in, and with her recommendation and guidance, our offer was accepted! She's great at negotiating, but also is realistic. Kris arranged for us to see a lot of homes, and was able to get us into the house we bought on the day it listed. Our offer was accepted, and all at once our " pre-apprived" bank loan fell apart. Kris was able to secure a delay in the closing long enough for us to get the money put back together (this time using a bank she located for us). Excellent job.
