She had recently sold one of his other client's home. Our house was not an easy sell. We had a smaller two bedroom home which had been converted to one bedroom narrowing the field of prospective buyers. Kris staged the house and brought in a professional photographer to showcase the interior. She suggested several updates and repairs to the home that would increase its appeal. She aggressively marketed the home and within the first week we had several offer to choose from. Kris advised us on which offer she thought was the best for our situation. Kris was always available to answer questions. Early morning texts and late night phone calls and emails were answered promptly.
