Kris did an excellent job representing me as the seller of my deceased Mother's townhouse in Simi Valley. She gave me information, but did not hound me for the listing. Once I gave her the listing, she acted quickly to get the house on the market. She was very professional and conscientious throughout the process. She constantly kept me informed during the offer and acceptance, home inspection, loan approval, and contingency removals.
