Kris Bruce

Originally from southern California, I came to the Vail Valley to pursue a career rooted in skiing and the enjoyment of a mountain lifestyle. I began teaching skiing in the Beaver Creek Ski School, met my husband and eventually followed the snow between the US and the Southern Hemisphere. In the early 2000's we decided to live in the Valley year-round and to start a family. This is a wonderful community with the feel of a small town. However, it also has a diverse population who moved here from other parts of the world. Everyone is connected by a common love of the outdoors and an appreciation of the natural beauty of our Valley. Through my contacts with ski clients, I began a career in real estate. For over 15 years, I have had the pleasure of starting and managing High Life Properties, a successful boutique real estate firm. In December 2016, High Life Properties joined Engel & Voelkers, Vail. I am very pleased to be part of this cutting-edge company and to be working with an outstanding group of brokers. My best traits are listening to my clients, being always available, driven, reliable, providing continual assistance throughout a transaction and remaining in touch afterwards. I live in Avon with my husband Ian, daughter Tianna and son Stewart. We enjoy skiing in the winter and biking in the summer.
