ZillowVERIFIED Kris recently helped me sell my house. He came to our initial meeting, before I had decided for sure to go with him fully prepared. He had created a market analysis based on similar homes that had recently sold in the area and knew (conservatively) what we could list my house at.He didn't leave that initial meeting until he was confident that I was fully understanding of what the process would be, what potential fees we would encounter during the selling process, and generally what to expect.Unfortunately we had two separate buyers withdraw on the house (through no fault of Kris) but he was always there with a timely update and a plan of how we should proceed. From start to end, I was confident in Kris' ability to sell the house and in his knowledge of the current market. This confidence in him paid off as he was able to sell my house for $15,000 more than we were originally asking.

ZillowVERIFIED Kris and his team (specifically, I worked with Rachel Housekeeper and Alicia Dye) were fantastic to work with. I originally met Rachel, as my buying agent, on a home purchase, and was impressed enough with the quality of service that I asked them to represent me on the sale of my condo. They greatly surpassed my expectations by promoting the condo before it even went on market, so that, by the time it did, folks were lined up to see it. I had 26 showings over the first four days, receiving an offer after the second day for the asking price. I was ready to accept, but Kris advised me to wait a day as he was sure other offers would come in. The next morning, I had two additional offers: one for $10K over asking price and another for $15K over asking price. Timeliness of closing was important to me because I had withdrawn IRA funds to make the down payment on my home purchase, and needed to repay it within 60 days to avoid a heavy tax bite. Thanks to the diligence of Kris and his team, that was no problem. They were also great in dealing with my purchase/buyer anxieties and questions.

ZillowVERIFIED I hired her to view some condos. There were four condos to be viewed. I only saw one of them. I found Ms. Bowen to be nice and attractive, however, I just found my experience with her to be unpleasant, and I eventually went with another Real Estate Agent. My only issue with her was that all of my appointments were scheduled in the evening (usually around 7:00pm). The other problems with my experience with her, I wasnt sure if it was her fault: At one condo, the keys werent left for us in the lock box, thus, we were unable to view that condo; the condo that Im currently attempting to purchase through my current Agent, we werent able to see with Ms. Bowen, because for some reason, the sellers didnt leave a key with the security guard. For me, I considered those matters to be a waste of time, & they happened during those past summers heat waves in early August.
