This is our second experience with Kris - once with buying, once with selling. Her assistance in both were above and beyond our expectations. First, Kris has a deep understanding of the nuances of the Florida market aEUR" this was invaluable, since we were out-of-state buyers. Second, her negotiation skills were top-notch and she was clearly well-respected by the other agents, which gave us a nice edge. Lastly, she went the extra mile to make the contract and settlement process move forward (met with contractors and inspectors at the property to supervise, moved furniture off our balcony in advance of potential bad weather, responded to inquiries quickly even when she was on vacation). Kris really took care of us. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. . . twice!

If you are serious about buyer and/or selling a property, then Kris is the person you need. She is a consummate professional. She is always just a phone call, text or email away. Even in this sellers market, we were able to find a property and purchased it below asking price. We then listed out property and in 4 days sold it at asking price. Kris follows though with all showings and listings. Utilizes a professional photographer for your listing to make it look great. She is there for you at inspections and closings.
