Kris is the most passionate, knowledgeable Realtor I?ve ever met. I trust her expertise in the local market as well as her knowledge of industry/economic trends. I am going to try to make this review short and sweet........ Kris Anderson is an incredible person and an AWESOME real estate agent! I was looking into buying a couple investment properties in Sedona a few years ago and she was able to find me a couple units that were perfect for my needs. She handled the whole process seamlessly and was extremely patent and helpful in working out all of the details. Over the years I have also spoken with her several other times as I have considered buying other properties in the area. She was always been so very helpful. Recently I decided to sell on of my properties and I immediately called Kris to handle the sale. Again, she was fantastic, it was a smooth process and she got me top dollar too! I highly value her input / expertise and sage advice. Also, I feel that Kris truly cares about her clients and wants what is the best for them. :) So, it is without hesitation that I HIGHLY recommend Kris Anderson. You want Kris Anderson to represent you, and hope she takes you on as a client because she puts an incredible amount of energy into her representation, and goes above and beyond. Kris is an exceptional real estate agent, performer, has an incredible network to leverage in a highly competitive environment, and is a very wonderful person. I told Kris what I was looking for and she kept me up to date on new listings regularly where other agents sent a few my way, then I didn?t hear from them after a couple weeks. Kris kept looking and pushing listings to me for months, and I was amazed that the number of properties she sent before they came on the market. Relentless describes her efforts to find a property, and artful master with incredible knowledge and initiative describe her negotiating a deal. If there is additional information to be obtained in making an offer, Kris will get it; and, if not, Kris will likely still be able to develop something. She helped me beat out 12 other buyers in an aggressive bidding war, close in 4 days, and was willing to work with concessions I initiated to make that happen, while advising me of potential concerns with my action. I took calculated risks in this deal based on feedback Kris developed from the seller?s agent that other bidders? agents did not think to ask for or ignored. She provided additional ideas and conditions to insert in the offer and counter-offers to assist protecting my position. In the end, besides getting in front of 12 other buyers and 4 finalist offers, her art of negotiation got the sellers to neutralize a limited aspect of escalating bid clauses and saved me $10,000 in exchange for a fast close. It was Kris? acumen, initiative, and extra effort that saved that $10,000. She did so great the first time, I came back to her again for a second deal. Kris leveraged her extensive personal relationships and professional network to get us into a newly listed property in a highly competitive environment before it was open to be viewed to the public. She then gave very sage guidance in approach on making an offer, enabled getting it locked in, and next morning we had an accepted offer before 10 others had a chance to see it, including 1 to fly in that day from Aspen on a private jet just to see this property. Taking time out of her schedule and personal life, she also helped me with furnishing and interior decorating. In every instance Kris has gone above and beyond to find properties I?m interested in, worked on or worked with the seller agents, helped ?win? the properties at the best price possible, and even scooped it out from underneath others. Listen to her when she provides insight from the owners or seller?s agents. She has steered me away from certain properties as well. Know what you want and don?t want, listen to her, feel the pulse, follow it. I don?t provide compliments lightly or often, unless there is outstanding or better performance and they?re well deserved ? and, this is not a review ? it is a Performance Report.
