I moved from ca to TX so it was a very hard process. Well that's what I thought it was going to be but koshy made it smooth and simple. He even found me a lender with better interest rates than I had searched for. We did not find our house actually mr koshy did all the work for us. Finding a realtor that will do that for you is almost impossible now. I felt like I was his only customer the whole time. He gave his advice and took ours when shooting bids or offers. Before he did he always said I'm going home and gonna do some homework. He would call and tell you this is the best offer or thing to do. He would not just tell you tho. He actually showed me how he came up with that. Walked me through all the comps and work he did coming to the final decision. After working with koshy on my first house I learned a lot just by him taking the time and teaching me and not ever telling me what to do but advising on what routes to take. Overall besides him being a realtor he is a great person who not treats you as a paycheck but as a friend. If your like me I had bad credit and very little money but he made it possible to have a much more beautiful home than we ever expected at a very good price.
