Kory listed our home in Pike Township, Indianapolis, for sale in late May 2021. In a seller's market such as we are experiencing in this area, a realtor can be instrumental in helping the seller to navigate through numerous showings and offers. Kory was masterful in helping us to evaluate 41 offers we received to select the one most likely to successfully close with the best net proceeds for us. He is professional, courteous, well-organized, thorough...a real joy to work with! We had lived in our home for 31 years, so we are not adept at the sales process; but Kory made us feel comfortable and truly earned his commission.
