ZillowVERIFIED I needed to move in 2 months to a house that would fit all the needs of my multi-family house hold. An Kory did a good job helping us find that house! Kory we will be contacting you again on our next adventure in house searching, but with no pets. Having pets and trying to find a property that would rent to me was the only trouble I had. Thank You Kory!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I truly appreciate Kory for his transparency, honesty, and sincerity. The home which was sold was the first time we had this experience. Kory some how was able to match the appropriate buyer within one week of our home being listed. Even better he was able to negotiate the price we wanted. With us being a novice, he explained each step of the process as well as keeping us informed. He was able to do without using industry jargon but rather in plain English. Kory is a true professional with integrity. As well he demonstrated his knowledge of the Austin real estate market and the ability to get the deal for his clients. I would recommend him for both buying and selling homes. I would work with him in the future as well as refer business to him. Thank you Kory!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kory was understanding and met the time we gave him to find us a new place. Was very polite and answered all the questions we had, either by phone, txt, email. Would respond rapidly and was good at making sure we were satisfied even after we got settled in our new home. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends when the time comes.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Kory during our transition from California to Austin, TX. Our biggest challenge was finding a rental that accepted our two German Shepherds and us not being in Austin to view the property firsthand. We had to rely on Kory (whom we'd never met personally) to aid us in our search. He did an amazing job. We would recommend Kory to anyone who needs assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Kory was very knowledgeable and diligent in helping me find a home. Unlike other real estate agents I had worked with, Kory not only showed me homes, but advised me on market trends and even stopped me from "jumping the gun" when he thought there was a better deal to be had. He found me the perfect home and made the experience truly enjoyable.Sean R. Tinsley

ZillowVERIFIED Kory helped me find the perfect property in my price range in the area i wanted. I am so glad i was able to hop on that opportunity because it was a rare find. I wouldnt have been able to do it without Kory scouring the MLS to find exactly what i needed. Oh and he sold my house i was living in within 3 days.

ZillowVERIFIED Kory was recommended to me, and I am so glad. He grew up here and knew a lot about the different areas of Austin. I know he was truly interested in helping me find a home because he emailed listings for me to consider almost daily which saved me a lot of time. Besides following through promptly and assisting on all paper work to get the closing done on time, Kory got me a much better deal on the purchase of a house than I would've been able to do on my own due to his knowledge and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Kory helped me find a rental property in Pflugerville. He was very accomodating and flexible when it came to showing me houses after my work hours to reduce the amount of time I had to spend away from the office. He showed me every house that I had an interest in seeing and helped me decide which would be the best for me and my family. We have been in the house for 15 months and I couldn't be happier with the location, the neighborhood, the community amenities, and the actual property. I would recommend letting Kory help you find your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a GREAT experience with my realtor, Kory. He was very professional and patient with us throughout the whole process. Cannot say it more simply and honestly! Without his help and extreme professionalism we would have never found our dream house and thanks to his great negotiation skills at the price we could afford. His sales experience definitely came into play and worked in our favor. Always available no matter what time of the day which was very important to me! I have referred 4 of my friends to Kory and they've all had just as a great experience as we did. We can say without any reservations that if you want very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous and ever friendly service, Kory is your number one choice!
