Since we had a very unique wish list (waterfront, 100+ acre all sport lake, large lot, 4+ car garage, ranch) we knew it would not be easy to find and still stay within our budget. We contacted Korey and he began the search in a very competitive market, lake homes were selling the day the listings were posted. Korey began notifying us of new listings that were very close to meeting our criteria but just not perfect. He was very patient during our selection process. He understood that we were not willing to settle and yet had a budget. He never began trying to convince us to settle for less or exceed our budget, just so he could make a sale. We were very pleased with how diligent and professional he was without being pushy during our search for the perfect lake home. We are even more pleased with the results Korey found us the perfect home and we closed Friday. This was a very tough time to get this accomplished, homes were getting multiple offers and many over asking price. The sellers told us at closing that they choose our offer over the others because it was their first offer received. ZillowVERIFIEDKorey Rowlson was extremely helpful and patient with us when we were looking for a home. This was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and he still made sure we were taken care of. He still made sure we got to see any homes we wanted to see. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhood, and the homes themselves. Korey was always supportive through the entire process of looking for a home and making an offer. Our offer was accepted on a bank own FHA home. He did not miss a beat when after our offer had been accepted we had an inspection done and numerous red flags we brought up. We had to switch our loan to an FHA 203 rehab loan in order to still purchase the home we really wanted and it still be an FHA loan rather than Conventional loan. Then we had to switch financial institutions in the middle of all this and Korey still kept us right on track. He kept it all moving forward when numerous delays and setbacks arose with contractors and slowly moving individuals. He smoothly executed the 4 extensions we ended up needing. He kept the peace, he let us vent to him when we felt we were at our limit in the emotional rollercoaster. He was so much more than just our realtor, he helped us stay strong, on track, and get everything wrapped up. We finally made it to closing ??
