Kolby drove 2 hours to show us a property close to our son. Not being from the area, Kolby took the initiative to do comps on other properties to familiarize herself with the area before we met. Although she would have a long drive back home, we never felt rushed. She took time to discuss the pros and cons of the property with us, and we felt very comfortable with her repressing us as our realtor. She wrote up a contract and presented our offer, but unfortunately, we were not able to reach a sales price that was agreeable to all parties. Kolby has however, continued to notify us of new properties that might suit our needs as they come on the market in the area.
