ZillowVERIFIEDKohlee was who I worked with personally and she was amazing every step of the way. Ive purchased 2 homes in the past 5 years with her and she made both purchases relaxing and easy! Very professional, easy to work with, quick to find our information if she doesnt have it already, and always responsive as quick as possible! When she did have something going on in her life she appointed a coworker to work with me and he was great as well! Strongly recommend this buisness for all of your realtor needs!

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a pleasure to work with Kohlee. She made the process of selling our home easy and explained any questions that we had. She was so quick to respond to us every time that we needed to talk with her or had a question. Kohlee is very knowledgeable and is awesome at what she does. We really didn't do anything with Chris but, I can say that they are the best that I have ever worked with and I've owned 3 houses.

ZillowVERIFIED Kohlee is well known in our community for her responsiveness and willing to work with the client's needs to find and/or sell a home. She has been very helpful to my family in assessing the local market and providing information when asked. Her friendly demeanor and kindness meant a lot to us. I really appreciated that she first wanted to meet to determine if we were a good fit without assuming that she had our business. I would highly recommend Kohlee and her firm to serve your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED The minute we met Kohlee Barbeau we knew this was the Real Estate agent that we could confidently trust with the sale of our home. As out of area sellers, we needed an agent that was professional, competent and a good communicator. Kohlee marketed our modest home on numerous websites/social media. She put together a fabulous 38 photo virtual tour- all within 24 hours! There were so many things that we really appreciated- all emails and phone calls were promptly responded to. Kohlee knew the local market and educated us accordingly. She always kept a calm and positive attitude. Buying/Selling a home is such an emotional experience and we are thankful she was there to guide us. We closed the sale in record time and couldn't be more thrilled.

ZillowVERIFIED kohlee is by far the best realtor in visalia. My husband and i were having a hard time finding a realtor who actually listened to us in what we are looking for in a home.. Right away she was on the ball, ive never had a realtor work as hard as she did. She also helped in communicating with the other realtor who was selling our house at the time. She did so much for us and also had great advice and if theres a problem she knew of someone who would be able to fix it. Any questions we had she answered. i was hating the home buy experience till we found kohlee. She really takes the time to get you what you're looking for and she goes way above and beyond.we had encountered problems with the house we selling and the one we were buying the escrows werent lining up like planned. she figured it out and made it work for everyone. which was great because my husband and i were worried we would be without a house for a little while and when you have 4 kids, that is really not an option. HIRE her you wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED I looked at many homes over a period of several months and Kohlee was very patient with me. I never felt any pressure to make a decision even when the homes I looked at seemed to fit all my criteria. She understood when a home just did not feel right to me. When I found homes that interested me, Kohlee was able to tell me things about the neighborhood which were important for me to consider. She communicated with me frequently and when I finally made a decision she made me feel very comfortable with the buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife Emma and I have had the privilege and the good luck to have Kohlee as our real estate agent. We wish to express our genuine appreciation of the absolutely fantastic assistance we've been getting from Kohlee Barbeau. And we have not even been very easy clients. We have tried Kohlee's patience by interminable vacillation and indecisiveness. Nevertheless she has always been gracious with us and made us feel that we have had all her attention and all her admirable expertise at our disposal. What is most important we fully trust Kohlee and know that she will make every effort possible to help us find the property we will be happy with in the long run. Kohlee deserves highest commendations as an uncompromisingly ethical and amazingly knowledgable professional. Sam and Emma
