ZillowVERIFIED Kody was everything you would want in a real estate professional. He has great knowledge of the local market, very responsive to our questions, excellent negotiating skills in a calm but commanding way and was totally instrumental in getting more than our asking price and then closing within a months time. Kody did an incredible job for us and truly has the skills, knowledge and personality to do excellent work for buyers/sellers in all economic climates.

ZillowVERIFIED Kody's knowledge of the area, trends, and demographics was invaluable to us. Communication was timely and professional. Most of all though, being treated like family - and welcoming him into ours - is how Kody went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are so grateful for Kody Mixon. He is a consummate professional who delivered unparalleled service and expertise, and he has earned our highest possible recommendation. He conducts himself with the utmost professionalism. Kody is punctual, proactive, and experienced. Every question we had was promptly answered, and every action item promptly accomplished. He is one of the few realtors out there who actually provides value during the process of buying property. Kody facilitated and coordinated every single step throughout the process, and there were overwhelmingly many. We were comforted by Kodys poised guidance and effective communication. He went above and beyond for us, and I'm certain we couldnt have landed in our dream property without his help. Kody offered invaluable insight, he was an astute negotiator, and he was exceedingly knowledgeable. He is worth his weight in gold.

ZillowVERIFIED Kody was amazing from the start of a (longer than average) sales process- there were some glitches in this sale- not agents fault at all! But Kody made the bumps smooth again and we bought our dream house! He had great contacts for helping us adjust into our new area and has been a Godsend a few times when we had last minute questions. We cant thank him enough for his attention to detail and patience as we went through this process. He sure did take the stress out of it! We highly recommend him.
