ZillowVERIFIEDWe were under pressure to sell our home in a short period of time and Knelly made it happen. She knew just what we needed to do for it to look its best to sell quickly with just a few simple changes. Knelly was always available to us and worked tirelessly to do what ever she needed to get the job done. Her staff was also very helpful. It was a good experience from start to finish. You really cannot ago wrong using Knelly Dettinger as your realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDKnelly has enthusiasm and vision. She and her team helped our home look fantastic for listing and in person. When there was a hiccup with our first buyer, Knelly sheltered us from the brunt of that anxiety and had several ideas ready for us to keep things going smoothly. She also helped us see the potential in a fixer that we could make into a great fit for our family! We?re happily settled into our new home and (after some cleaning and a few updates) are very pleased with this purchase, especially as it is one we wouldn?t have pursued without Knelly?s urging!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have went through Knelly twice now and love her! Will never go through anyone else should we ever need to! She is very knowledgeable and helped us to sell the first house we bought as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDKnelly truly cares about her clients and is fun and energized in the process. She loves local and knows where to find the best stuff in the area. She provides information up front and listened to what we felt was best for our family.
ZillowVERIFIEDKnelly and her team went to work and grabbed the bull by the horns and we accepted an offer within 8 days of listing. She knows the market, she know HOW to market and has out of the box ideas to get the house sold. She has a STELLAR team along side her that get results!
