Kizzie was great! Always there to answer questions and help in whatever way possible! She was great to work with. Always on top of everything and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. Would recommend her 100%. She took time to listen and give her input but never pushy and helped with all decisions! Keep us informed and updated with everything going on.

Kizzie is fantastic. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about the area. And patient. Initially we knew we liked the area, but hadnt really narrowed down what we were looking for. She helped us navigate the space and worked within our budget and what eventually became some very specific needs/ requirements. We would definitely work with her again.

Kizzie is simply the most dedicated, knowledgeable and responsive realtor with whom I have dealt in my 50+ years as a buyer and seller of 8 properties. And she's got a killer personality to boot. She knows the market very well and her advice on pricing was spot on. She also was great after the sale, attending inspections and walk through a. She showed my property many times upon listing and had several interested potential buyers lined up even before listing.

if I could give Kizzie 10 stars I would because she not only provides five star service her efforts are double. She has the unique ability to make every client feel like they are her only client giving them her full attention. Kizzie has a great attention to detail and it is obvious that she cares not only about the transaction but the clients she serve. She has become my primary point of contact whenever our business is looking for property in the Ohio area. I highly recommend and endorse Kizzie Culbert for any real estate needs you may have. She is the consummate professional, and a joy to work with!

Kizzie was so fun to work with! We were shopping for homes when they were selling within days, but she made sure to get us in to see one we were interested in as soon as it went on the market. Kizzie helped us find our perfect home and the entire process could not have gone better for us.

Kizzie did a great job of finding my family the perfect cottage on the water. She was patient with me over a 6 month period and worked hard to find a place that checked all the boxes. She negotiated a great deal and was helpful during the inspection and closing transaction. I highly recommend her for buyers and sellers.
