ZillowVERIFIEDThis is our 3rd deal with Kiwi. He sold our 1st house for us and we used him for two purchases. When Kiwi is involved you're not just a client you are treated like family. He has our business as long as he remains in the game cause he is the best in it!

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi did an awesome job helping us with the sale of our condo. His knowledge of the area and current housing market was key in setting the sale price competitively. Kiwi listed our condo on January 1st and had a buyer under contract in four days with two more potential buyers waiting in line. We closed the deal with the second buyer in six weeks of listing the condo on the market. Kiwi went above and beyond in all phases of the process from the initial listing to the closing. He was always responsive, friendly, courteous, easy to talk to, and very professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell real estate in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi did an amazing job throughout our buying/selling experience. He was knowledgeable about the selling price of our home and helped us understand what we needed to correct to sell for that price. He was also great with our four children running around and was there in person for just about every inspection and closing.

The transaction went smoothly and that was due to Kiwi' professionalism and natural abilities with people. He is a man of his word, and we are so appreciative of what he did for us. We would not hesitate to call him again if we are in need of his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi is an amazing real estate agent. I used him as both my buying and selling agent. In both cases he was professional, attentive, and came prepared with data and a plan to help me get what I needed. In addition to his professionalism, I really felt like he cared about helping me find the best home for me, and then later helping me sell it under terms that worked for me. I couldn't recommend him more highly -- he's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi was an awesome realtor. I met him at a open house and from there he offered his services to me without the overwhelming aggravation some realtors come with. He was the BOMB and was always there when I needed him. I suggest him to anyone that wants a nice genuine realtor. I've spoken with a few other realtors beforehand and they were rude and did not take me seriously opposed to Kiwi due to my age. Forever grateful for him and his due diligence. I love my home and he helped be for an entire year! That's dedication for sure!

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional, always quick to answer any questions and was as accommodating as a realtor can possibly be. Great communication, always fast to respond, polite and a pleasure to do business with. He somehow even saved me thousands in closing fees. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He will definitely be the first realtor I call for all of my real estate needs. Hes earned a loyal customer.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldnt ask for a better realtor! Walked us through every step of the way. Kiwi treated us like family rather than a client. Always a phone call away. Worked tirelessly to market and sell our home in a less than favorable market and got it done. Then quickly helped us find a new one

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi was our 3rd realtor! No one could sell our home without price dropping. Kiwi took a different approach to selling our home. From start to finish he kept our best interests at heart. Was always on top of things, when we needed he was there. Not once did we ever feel like just a sell at the end of the day. He treated us with care and respect. If you ever need more than just a realtor you need Kiwi Bautista and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Kiwi is just wonderful. I found the house I wanted through Zillow, but didn't have a realtor. Zillow suggested Kiwi, and I was able to reach him easily. He made time to talk to the home owner and schedule a showing. I am a first time home buyer and he put me at ease with understanding my questions and concerns and providing insight that really benefited me. I never felt like I had a stupid question, or that I was inconveniencing him. Through his knowledgeable assessments, opinions, and multi level connections with supporting businesses (mortgage teams, inspection teams, etc.) I was feeling really comfortable in my role as a new home buyer. I would suggest him to anyone at any stage of their buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot express how great Kiwi was! We were making a rather difficult move from out of town and he made the process as smooth as possible. He was a delight to work with, always prompt, always there to answer tough questions, went to inspections /set appointments up when we couldn't be there, and was a true advocate of us, the buyers. His experience shows and was a joy to work with!
