ZillowVERIFIED We used Kit Custer to sell our home in North Olmsted this spring, and she was outstanding!Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice, based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The EZ Sales Team stood out as the best Cleveland has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.We spoke with Kit and then met with her at our home. She spent so much time answering our questions, telling us about her knowledge of the area, as well as crafting a great strategy to help us sell our home on our timeline. We kept conveying that we really wanted a quick sale, so that we weren't having to clean the house a million times and get out of it with our toddler for each showing during the Coronavirus pandemic. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Kit made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs and drone footage taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Additionally, within 48 hours of our house being listed, we had 16 offers for our home.With Kit's assistance, we were able to choose our buyer, and ended up getting 13.5% above our asking price! We just can't believe our home went so quickly during a pandemic, and set a record sales price for our neighborhood!Kit has walked us through every step of the closing process. In short, Kit navigated each of these with a masterful touch, patience, and professionalism. Both of the homes sold required an outside the box mentality, one being a lease to own, the other working with a lethargic buyers lender who seemed detached about closing dates. She made us feel like we were of the utmost priority in her day, not an easy task to do juggling multiple listings. It was great to have someone on my team who's end goal wasn't to get me to buy the first thing I saw, but instead work with me and tell me if she thought we could do better. She really has the best interest of her clients in mind. Once we did find a house to put an offer on, she worked late into the night making calls back and forth with the listing agent on my behalf, and we ended up beating the other offer that was submitted that day! ZillowVERIFIED We used her service to buy a property in OH and later rent it out.She failed to verify the repairs we asked for and to sign lease and get a deposit from previous owners who rented one of the units from us after escrow closed.Later we used her to find tenants which she failed as well and didn't suggest anything to change in order to rent it out.I do NOT recommend to use her services or any of the keller williams team.
