A friend of ours mentioned it to her and she was trying to find a house for us to rent. No incentive for her to do that just her service oriented approach. Her decades of experience really came in handy on a number of occasions and allowed us to trust her recommendations all the more. I like to work with people who are very experienced yet still have a service first mindset and Kirsten has both to the highest degree. Her communication was crazy quick and clear, always. Not sure how she is so quick. Also her creativity in getting a deal done was fun to see. She chased a few options down past where I would have gone and it paid off. Most importantly we were impressed by her integrity in the whole process.
