Community Involvement
I am passionate about helping people understand real estate, homeownership, property value, and investment opportunities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With my background in real estate, construction, and property ownership, I enjoy being a resource for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors who need honest guidance. I also care deeply about the growth and improvement of local communities, especially in areas where responsible investment, renovation, and homeownership can help strengthen neighborhoods.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on home improvement projects, studying real estate and investment opportunities, and staying active. I have a strong interest in construction, property renovation, health, fitness, and personal development. I also enjoy the outdoors and exploring the communities I serve throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
FAMILY
Family is a major part of my life and one of the reasons I work hard for my clients. I live in Berlin, New Hampshire with my wife, Stephanie, our son Milo, and our husky Atlas. As a husband and father, I understand how important home is not just as a property, but as a place where families grow, build memories, and create stability for the future.

FAQ
My advice to buyers is to get fully prepared before you fall in love with a property. Speak with a strong lender, understand your budget, review your monthly payment carefully, and know what your must-haves are versus your wants. In today’s market, buyers need to move quickly, but they should never move blindly. I help buyers look beyond the listing photos and understand the condition, location, potential repairs, resale value, and long-term investment quality of the home before making an offer.
My advice to sellers is to price strategically, prepare the home properly, and make sure the property is presented in the best possible light from day one. The first impression matters. A seller should not just focus on the highest list price; they should focus on the best strategy to attract qualified buyers, create strong interest, and get to the closing table. Because of my real estate and construction background, I also help sellers understand which repairs or improvements may actually add value and which ones may not be worth the money.
I have worked with buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and clients looking to understand the value and potential of real estate. My experience includes listing-side transactions, buyer-side transactions, co-listing situations, personally owned properties, and investment-minded real estate. I enjoy working with first-time buyers, homeowners looking to sell, people relocating, and investors who want to evaluate a property beyond just the asking price.
One transaction I am especially fond of involved a probate property that had been sitting vacant for over 23 years. When I came across it, the property was empty, neglected, and almost seemed like it was crying for help. It had significant deferred maintenance, including a leaky roof, and the family had reached a point where they had even given up paying to install tarps while continuing to carry the taxes.
I was curious about the property and wanted to understand the story behind it, so I began researching and skip tracing to identify a nearby owner/heir. Although they doubted anything would come of it because of previous failed attempts to sell, they trusted me enough to provide contact information for the remaining heirs. Those heirs were made up of siblings and cousins spread across multiple states, including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and two in Washington, DC.
Many of them had doubts because prior agents had been unsuccessful due to complicated probate and chain-of-title issues. However, they had faith in me and the mission to finally help move the property forward. As the listing agent, I worked to bring everyone back together and keep the transaction moving.
It required patience, persistence, problem-solving, and strong communication between myself, all seven sellers, the legal team, the buyer’s agent, the buyer, and the buyer’s attorney. The process took nearly a full year from start to finish, but we were finally able to get the as-is property across the finish line.
That transaction means a lot to me because it showed the value of not giving up, even when a property has been forgotten, the legal issues are complicated, and the family feels like there is no path forward. It is exactly the kind of real estate work I take pride in bringing people together, solving problems, and helping clients finally move on.
I got started in real estate through a strong interest in property ownership, investment, construction, and helping people make better decisions with real estate. Over time, I became more involved in buying, selling, analyzing, and improving properties, and I realized that my background could be valuable to clients. Real estate brings together many things I care about: homes, families, construction, negotiation, investment, and community growth.
Yes. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I also hold an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. That gives me a strong understanding of property condition, repairs, renovation potential, construction concerns, and value-add opportunities. This is a major benefit for buyers, sellers, and investors because I can help clients think through not only the market value of a property, but also the practical condition and potential costs involved.
