We were needing to move a family member from Omaha to Kansas City and unfortunately, for Kirk ,we were not of much help to prepare the house for showings. Kirk and his team dove right in and scheduled all companies to come in and clean carpets,clean house, power wash garage, replace some windows, etc. Any questions we had for them were answered immediately and taken care of in a timely fashion. ZillowVERIFIED I can not speak highly enough of our experience with Kirk. We used Kirk and his team to sell our 4 Bed 3 Bath home, as well as a lot we owned. Kirk recommended we try one of his Mega Open Houses. Kirk and his team walked us through every step of the process. They photographed the home, and put together a 3D virtual tour. His marketing team sent out invites in our area about the upcoming open house in order to create a buzz. My husband and I had to unexpectedly go out of town in the middle of preparing for the open house. Kirk and his team were extremely accommodating and gracious, helping out wherever they could. They really went above and beyond! The listing looked amazing, and the open house was a success. We had our home under contract within two weeks. The lot was listed and sold in the span of ten days. Kirk asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable about what to include in the listing for the lot. He even had a builder friend come by before we posted, to make sure we covered everything. ZillowVERIFIED We picked Kirk Meisinger as our agent after interviewing three other real estate agents, it was easy to see he was the one we could trust to do the best job. His Mega Opens were also a big selling point - we attended one he was hosting and wanted that kind of traffic for our listing. Kirk delivered. He and his marketing team delivered almost 40 buyers to our own Mega Open on Saturday, June 3rd, with another 13 showings that evening, Sunday, and into Monday. He presented our options Monday night and we ended up selling for $7,000 over asking. We could not have asked for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and follow Kirk's instructions to the letter and his team, from the 3D Tour, the stager, the photographer, and his marketing department will get the job done. I should also mention Kirk was extremely fun to work with and he made a difficult journey into something we enjoyed immensely! Thank you, Kirk!

Kirk would always answer our text or phones calls at any hour of the day or night and even on Sundays! If he was on vacation or out of town he would have a member of his team take care of us (ALL Very Nice People). ZillowVERIFIED I wouldn't recommend Kirk based off of my experience. The fact that he's a real estate attorney can be a pro and a con. Sometimes he needs to take off his "lawyer hat" and communicate in laymen's terms and avoid continually playing the devil's advocate. Being a first time buyer, I was hoping I would be more educated about the process , but instead I felt his law experience was used against me at times (i.e. the seller could sue if I wanted to back out). We made an offer on a house, but the home inspection came back with some things I wasn't willing to settle on. After the deal fell through, I was handed off to one of his associates and haven't heard from him since. In fact, the day after the home inspection, his associate called me and had assumed I wanted out, when I really just wanted to discuss options with him and was still willing to negotiate. However, his staff is amazing and I'm glad I got to work with Arlene. We ended up seeing many more houses and eventually found the one that was the perfect fit.

We showed up at the office and was told by someone covering the front desk that he went home for the day and nobody was available to help us. No e-mail, No phone call and not even a follow up after he skipped out on our meeting. Not what I would call professional and not someone I would recommend to work with.

We appreciate that about Kirk. Also we chose him as our selling agent and he was very honest and open with us about pricing, areas that need fixing, etc. And although it has delayed our move date, it was a very good thing because Kirk was honest and open with us about all the actual costs upfront so we were not surprised at the amount that it would actually take to sell. If you are looking for something in the Dundee area her is the expert. When I was looking at a house that was over priced he let me know. That is exactly what I look for in an agent, am man who will put my needs before a commission. I have not purchased a home yet and when I do I will update my review. So far thought he has not only been a realator for me but an investment advisor. So I am typing this review to thank him for not letting me buy any lemons. If you are looking for someone who you can ask "is this house a good deal?" And get an honest answer I would at least get Kirk's opinion. I hope he finds me my duplex soon. Lol

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to SD from Omaha in 2008, and was never able to sell my home. In fact, Kirk was the 4th realtor I had list my home. Kirk was honest, straight-forward and realistic with me from the beginning. He helped me list my home for the right price so that it would sell quickly. It's human nature to think our home is worth more than it actually is, and some realtors just list the price the seller wants even if that means listing the home for 10-20% above market value. In today's market, I have learned pricing right is key, and I truly believe that's why my house didn't sell the first three times it was on the market. Because I lived a few hours away, I wasn't able to easily arrange maintenance, lawn mowing, etc., so Kirk and his team helped me with that. I am very thankful that I found Kirk, and thrilled to have the home sold.
