They were the first team to actually provide a detailed analysis of our homes worth based on the surrounding comps and the value we put into it. Funny thing I ended up buying one she had added on. I made my decision on the first day. We did everything long distance over the phone and through emails. She was efficient extremely helpful and always available for any of my calls. She even helped me set up of a landscaper and did a virtual final walk-through with me.
