We were first time home buyers, and as of right now the home market is fierce for buyers. Kirk walked us through the process early on in 2016, and then we began the search. We visited tons of homes, and Kirk always gave us his honest, professional opinion. He was always timely, and could be contacted at any time of the day, even on weekends, to accommodate our schedule. Once we found the home we wanted, he helped us create a great offer that was still reasonable on our pocketbook. We got the home, and are currently doing some renovations to make it truly ours. Even post-purchase, Kirk is still very helpful - giving us recommendations, contractor information, and meeting up with us occasionally. While in the DFW area, we will be forever clients of Kirk!

Kirk went above and beyond any realtor we have ever had. This is the third time we have bought a house and there is no comparison to him. He spent so many patient hours with us to make sure that we got the perfect home and we are in love with our house. Not only did we buy the perfect house but he had our house under contract within 2 weeks of being on the market. I wouldnt recommend another realtor for buying or selling your home.

Kirk is an outstanding realtor. We used him as our buyers agent to buy a home in the Richardson area. He actually found us via an online house app that we were searching homes in the area. He called us immediately and offered to show us a handful of homes the very next day. We had our list picked out, but he recommended a couple other homes. In fact the very first house that he showed us, we liked it and put an offer on it that very day. And within 9 days the house was ours!! If you are looking for a realtor who knows his business, and can move fast, Kirk is your man!

Kirk Iverson has been my realtor since last March. He had helped me find a house last May, but then at the last minute my previous loan agency (Oak Mortgage) was not able to close the deal two days before the deal was supposed to close. Kirk negotiated with the sellers who were upset the deal did not close. Kirk Iverson is knowledgeable of the current market and demographics and is on top of his game.
