Kirk did a great job marketing our place and showing it to people. Always kept providing information and updating me on what was going on and what would be the next step. Even when I had difficulty explaining things to my wife, he was able to call her and provide information so she could understand. His tremendous energy just surprises me on how he can keep going and never stop. He was always available when I called him, never had to leave a message for him even when I called him at odd times. Provided all the documents needed via email and guided me as to what to do. Kirk also has a lot of experience in home inspection and was able to point out what I needed to have fixed or resolved.
