Kirill Shapkin

Kirill Shapkin is a Luxury Real Estate Advisor and licensed REALTORA(R) with Compass, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage by sales volume, and a member of the Geane Brito Group. He advises buyers, sellers and relocation clients, many of them buying from abroad, throughout South Florida, with a particular focus on Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Bal Harbour, and Sunny Isles Beach. Kirill was born and raised in Volzhsky, near Volgograd, Russia, where he became a multiple-time national champion in sprint kayaking (K-1 200m). He moved to California for college, earned an associate degree in business administration, and went straight into work, starting in property management.

After starting his real estate career in North Carolina, Kirill moved to Miami, where he worked in pre-construction and new-development sales.

That foundation led him to Compass and the Geane Brito Group, which has closed more than $220 million in real estate transactions over the past five years-including approximately $55 million in the most recent year-and has been recognized in the RealTrends Verified 2026 rankings among the top 1.5% of real estate teams nationwide for six consecutive years running.
