ZillowVERIFIED I was fortunate to meet Kirill soon after I arrived in Miami Beach. His extensive knowledge of the local market was immensely helpful to me in my search for a property to purchase. He was quick to find several properties which fit my criteria, even as I had very specific requirements. Once we found a property to purchase he was with me step by step and not only guided me but also informed me of possible pitfalls to avoid with a property in foreclosure. I couldnt have done it without him and look forward to finding more places to invest in Miami Beach.

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill Kim At Oliver Davis | Live Work Play Miami Group | Miami Beach Real Estate My partner and I wanted to move from NYC to Miami Beach. We started looking early 2022. We found Kirill Kim from LiveWorkPlayMiami Group on the internet and called him. We were super clear about what we wanted: a top floor, lots of sunshine, high ceilings all within our budget. Kirill suggested a place immediately and we bid on it the next day. I was nervous because we were buying the condo without seeing it in person. But Kirill was steady and sure. He took my frequent calls to explain each step of the way. He took care of everything and helped make it a seamless transaction. We moved in on the night of the closing. When our plane got in at midnight, Kirill had everything set up for us. He had even sent us videos to help us find our way around. We love our place. It is exactly as Kirill had described it. I highly recommend Kirill. Hes patient, available, knowledgeable, calm and realistic, which are so important when youre buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Kirill and Oliver are great! We chose them to represent us when we decided to list our condo for sale. Both of them know Miami Beach inside out and they were there to assist us every step of the way. I'm very detail oriented, so I had a lot of questions during the process, but they always made me feel confortamble and answered all my questions with a lot of patience! Special thanks to Vanessa. Shes absolutely amazing and responds all her emails/texts/calls immeditiately. I can definitely recommed the entire team and would use them again if I ever wanted to sell another property.

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill and the team helped us buy our first 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Miami Beach. He is an outstanding agent that made the whole process extremely smooth and enjoyable. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, always on time and accessable for all questions you might have at any time. We bid on two properties and were able to secure our condo after solid negotiations through which Kirill guided us very well. The whole closing process was done remotely and communication with Kirill & the rest of the team was excellent throughout. Highly recommended and we will use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill has been tremendously helpful in securing our acquisition of a 2 beds/2 baths apartment that my wife and I were keen to acquire. The listing was published on April 25th 2021 and we signed the contract on May 4th, after Kirill was able to have the seller approve our offer, so quite a speedy turn around! As French residents, we are not familiar with the process of acquiring a property in the US but Kirill took the time to take us through the various steps. For the closing, that was completed remotely as we were unable to come across because of Covid-related travel restrictions, the whole team at LiveWorkPlayMiami was very supportive and made sure the whole process was successfully completed on time. In summary, we were extremely satisfied with the way Kirill and his colleagues handled the transaction. Kirill is particularly diligent and dependable and we can warmly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Kirill by a friend who was in real estate. In our first meeting Kirill showed a commanding knowledge not just of the local real estate market but also the specific building in which my unit was located. Kirill was patient, offered advice, made suggestions and guided me through the process of selling the unit. As we went into contract the process was seamless. I would highly recommend Kirill and his company for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED When buying a property from the other side of the country like we were ( we live near Seattle) you really need to find a local agent that is a good partner for the process that you can trust and rely on. This describes Kirill and his team. We met Kirill at an open house and immediately knew he would be a good fit based on his knowledge of seemingly every property on the market and of upcoming listings as well. With this market knowledge and him really listening to what we were looking for we found a great property. But that turned out to be just the beginning of the benefits of working with Kirill. From the offer negotiations to signing he and his team drove the process so smoothly and efficiently. They guided us through each step very quickly and efficiently always understanding that we were not in market and handling the inspections and appraisals. We look forward to working with Kirill and hes team again.

ZillowVERIFIED I began my search to purchase a condo on South Beach about 6 months ago. I reached out to several real estate agents in Florida. I emailed them my aEURoewish listaEUR? in which I indicated the features that I was seeking in my ideal condo. Kirill proved to be the most responsive and accurate in terms of sending me listings of condos that closely matched my criteria. I then decided to work exclusively with Kirill with my condo search. I requested to visit in person a large number of condos on the market in South Beach. I was impressed with the fact that Kirill devoted a lot of time to me to arrange for these condo visits. As Kirill lives and works on South Beach himself, he has an in-depth knowledge of the buildings and the neighborhoods. I found Kirill to be a genuinely nice person, very honest, professional, reliable, and always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. I also want to give special mention to Vanessa Florido, the Director of Operations at Keller Williams Miami Beach. Vanessa was wonderful, always responsive, and moved the closing process along swiftly. I am also very grateful to their legal team, Cecilia Armenteros and Ricardo Rios, for the prompt and professional way they handled the legal documents pertaining to the purchase of my new condo. If you are planning to buy or sell property on South Beach, I would highly recommend Kirill Kim and the team at Keller Williams Miami Beach. You will have a very positive experience. Sincerely, Maurice Collins

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill came recommended to us by friends who had worked with him previously. We were moving from another state and had minimal knowledge of the Miami Beach real estate market. Kirill made the process so easy! He was very knowledgable, patient and attentive. After we put in an offer, Kirills team made the process seamless. By far one of the best closing processes weve experienced.

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill is a rising star in Miami real estate. He is very knowledgeable of the market and the process and helped us navigate through a number of rocky issues, ultimately helping us purchase our dream home in Miami Beach. He understands the nuance of knowing when to be patient and when to be assertive and always put our interest firstaEUR"and gave helpful advice throughout the process. He was ready to be on the journey with us whether it was going to take 2 months or 12 months (luckily closer to the former).

ZillowVERIFIED Kirill is a rock star. He is hands-down the most helpful, knowledgeable and solution-minded person we've met. Seriously. we are humbled by his work ethic. He eased us through and negotiated a great deal that's top-notch. He knows the Miami real-estate market inside out, back to front. Once we moved in he treated us to a Great diner. We trust him completely. If you are shopping for a new home, or don't like your realtor, contact him. Don't forget the diner after the deal is done he knows all the wonderful Miami restaurants.

ZillowVERIFIED In early September I sold my condo and had a closing date of October 2nd. I had a new apartment lined up in Jacksonville, when hurricane Irma pretty much wrecked that apartment and my plans along with it. With only two weeks to closing, I needed to find a place to live and fast! I contacted Kirill at Keller Williams and asked him to help me find an apartment on Miami Beach that would be available immediately, pet friendly because I have Parrots, and willing to accept a retiree who cannot meet the standard income requirements. Within one week Kirill helped me find the perfect apartment. He negotiated on my behalf and helped to get me approved! I highly recommend Kirill, hes a dedicated professional and a really good guy!
