Kirby Stone

Real estate isn't just Kirby Stone's career-it's in her DNA. As a fourth-generation real estate professional and co-founder of BrownStone Real Estate, Kirby brings a lifetime of industry insight shaped by her family's deep roots in development, construction, and property management across the Upstate.

After graduating from Wofford College in 2012, Kirby honed her financial acumen as a Personal Banker with First Citizens Bank before answering the call of real estate in 2014. This banking experience, combined with her comprehensive understanding of the industry, enables her to guide clients through complex transactions confidently and clearly.

Kirby's entrepreneurial spirit shines through her success as an Airbnb Superhost. There, she's played a unique role in Greenville's growth-turning visitors into residents by showcasing the city she loves. This firsthand experience in property investment and management adds another dimension to her ability to advise clients on personal and investment properties.

As a mother to Rivers and Lyles, Kirby understands that a house can be a foundation for memories and future generations. She approaches each client relationship with this same perspective, delivering the meticulous attention to detail and personal care that have become hallmarks of the BrownStone name.

True to her family's legacy and BrownStone's values, Kirby believes in building lasting relationships that extend beyond the transaction. Whether you're buying, selling, or building, she brings her passion for real estate, stellar reputation, and deep local knowledge to help create your next chapter in the Upstate.
