GoogleReview Where do I begin? I currently live in Atlanta, Ga and was wanting to sell a rental property I had for a few years in Huntsville, Al. I used a service to help me find a realtor in Huntsville. Kira saw my request, reached out and the rest was history. From the moment we spoke on the phone I had the feeling that I could trust her and her team. She started the process and even provided her services to my tenant in case he needed assistance in finding a new place to live. Her team also made the necessary repairs to the condo, and she even made sure the lawn was being cut every 2 weeks. Each step of the way she let me know about each showing, open house, and any type of price adjustments we needed to make. Even during a tough market, she didn't give up and we were able to sell the home. All this was done virtually. Even though I have yet to meet anyone from the Parker Team in person I want to personally thank Kira, her husband Toney and her entire team for providing an amazing service. Next time I'm in Huntsville I will bring a catered lunch for the entire team!

GoogleReview I was appointed to this Real Estate Agency around October of 2024 by a family member who had used this agency to purchase their first home, specifically with Asa Ifill. Well with hearing how everything worked out for my family member, I figured my husband and I could also use this agency since we were also looking to purchase our first home. When we went to their office at the Parkway Mall, my husband and I sat down with Mr. Ifill and discussed our options and went over the process of purchasing a home. We informed Mr. Ifill that my husband had to be the one to do everything in his name due to me just having a baby and not working, but we also ran into a problem of my husband's work history since he had opened up his own construction company back in the beginning of 2023 and did not have the 2 year work history that is required when applying for mortgages (another agency informed us on this, not Mr. Ifill). He informed us that he could still work with his taxes from the 2 years prior and current job position so we left with some form of hope that we were going to be purchasing a home sometime soon. Well Mr. Ifill and I messaged a few times after meeting with him and when I sent him a home we were wanting to look at, he told me that we possibly wouldn't be able to get it under the loan we were allegedly going to be applying for because mind you, Mr. Ifill ran my husbands credit and decisions were going based of that credit score, supposedly. We were just going along with everything Mr. Ifill said since we did not know anything about this type of process. Well after a few days went by Mr. Ifill just stopped responding overall and we aren't the type to bother when it's clearly Mr. Ifill's job to help us with purchasing a home. After some months went by, my husband and I decided to give house hunting another try and we came across Matt Curtis Real Estate and gave them a call. We were informed after our first visit with them that Mr. Ifill should known and should have informed us that he could NOT use my husband's past 2 year taxes if 1. my husband was not at the last job he filled taxes with due to having to submit proof of paystubs and obviously not having those any longer since he left that job (Mr. Ifill knew this), and 2. if my husband worked in the same field of work when applying for a mortgage loan, they could use that but since he went from a factory job to owning his own construction company, well that couldn't be used either. In the end, Matt Curtis just let us know to come back when either one of us had 2 years of work, not necessarily the same company but at least the same type of field of work and still be present at that job for proof of income. Now we finally reached the time where we can finally start applying for our first home and we will be gladly doing our business with Matt Curtis! Side note, since we informed Mr. Ifill we did construction work, he asked if we could go out and look at some duplexes he was currently building at the time to see how much we would charge for so and so work. Well when he was responding, he did send the address of the location and we took some time out of our day to see what all he wanted done to quote him a price. Around the time we gave him the quote is when he also started ghosting us after. Maybe the price had an impact on why he stopped answering my text messages? But either way, it was a lot more work for nothing and he should've told us that we would have to wait to apply for a house instead of running my husband's credit and giving false hope. I see so many good reviews and wished that was what I was leaving but I'm just sharing our experience so maybe someone else isn't given false hope or have someone run your credit to leave an impact for no reason.
