Being our first home purchase we were pretty apprehensive, but after meeting Kip one time we felt completely comfortable. Kip is so laid back, but so knowledgable and very clearly knows exactly what he is doing. Our whole purchase process was unusually fast (from what I have heard), and we literally had zero issues.
