ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Kinnari for about a year. She helped me find a unit that was exactly the kind I was looking for and helped throughout the process in getting it to close even though we faced multiple challenges along the way due to the lender and HOA. I was able to close exactly on the scheduled date and the process went pretty smoothly thanks to Kinnari.

ZillowVERIFIED She worked with me patiently for over two years finding the right property that fits my needs. I am grateful to her, as I would not have that level of patience with customers. We went to see countless properties and put an offer on many properties. She attentively listened to my requirements and guided me with the best advice for all the properties we visited. She is very knowledgeable, proactive, and quickly responsive with great negotiation skills. She will be my go-to person for buying/selling my next home. If you choose her for real estate deals, I bet you'll never regret your decision

ZillowVERIFIED Kinnary is an absolutely excellent real estate professional who puts her clients needs above all. We being first time home owners, felt comfortable throughout the whole process as Kinnary ensures we make informed decisions and supports us with market data points. At times we worried about requesting so many showings, however Kinnari went above and beyond, catered to all pur requests and helped us land our dream home. Not to forget she has a strong and well connected network who are extremely proficient and help her clients in the financing, estimation and legal matters. My recommendation 5 star, can blindly trust her to give a best deal in any circumstances and beats out competition in the NJ middlesex area.

My wife and I were on Vacation out of country and there was a new listing comes up while we were away . She was diligently working on our choices of home and reach out to her immediately. As we were out of country ,we had a FaceTime call and went though the all areas of house pretty comprehensively. We were so excited that we signed our contact from abroad without visiting the house personally . It has been around 2 years now and we are completely enjoying our home . I would highly recommend Her fir her great communication, detailed attention and great dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED Kinnari is one the best Real Estate agents I have worked with. She accurately understood our contingent sell/buy requirement and worked with full dedication to schedule various homes showing based on our availability and conducted few open houses for our existing home. She was always available to take our phone calls and visit in person based on our time preferences to discuss and provide her expertise and suggestions to clear our confusions and guide us into the right direction.Due to my personal circumstances I had to stop the home sell/buy process and she understood the fact. We will definitely work with her again when I am again ready to sell my home and buy the next one!

ZillowVERIFIED We weren't sure what kind of home should we go for, a usual dilemma for first time home buyers hence we were passively looking for a house. We got in touch with Kinnari through a common friend and couldnt have been more satisfied with the search process. Right away she sat down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us. While the process of homebuyingA was much more difficult than we had imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Kinnari gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. She was always helpful in showing us homes on weekends, late evenings and putting offer letters quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Kinnari again and give her the highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED I would never recommend any one to her. She is extremely arrogant and rude. I had seen a property with her in South Plainfield we liked the property and I wanted to give an offer she told to send me a one line email regarding my offer I send her an email with my offer for the next 2 days there was no reply from her and she didn't send any contract papers to sign. Later I called her she didn't pick up the call she told she will call me later only thing I received was a text message that the property was sold to someone else. Please don't go with her she is very arrogant and rude.

ZillowVERIFIED Kinnari was very helpful and prompt in response during purchase of my house in late 2016. As this was my first house as home owner in NJ I heavily relied on her local knowledge and contacts to see atleast 10-12 houses in matter of 3-4 days. She was quite prompt, and resourceful in connecting our family with available options. I asked her to be transparent in the entire process and she was mostly receptive to my feedbacks.I was happy to get her guidance during the closing process and she has been in touch with our family after the deal ThanksAbhi

Kinnari is a great professional with a lot of experience and knowledge. I would positively recommend her to every one.

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely rude and arrogant to talk. I was interested in a particular property so had a call with her to discuss the next steps if we had to choose her as the agent. She did not answer my query and acted as if she is the only agent in Edison who can get a person the best deal.I would not recommend her to anyone.
