He calls as soon as he gets information from the seller and moves very quickly for you. I know he was working with other clients, but he is so responsive, it seemed as though he was only working with me. Even after moving into my home, King calls me and we talk. If I need to call him about tools or small repairs, he helps me out and tells me what I need to buy at the hardware store. With King, I felt much more than a client.
