We had a fantastic experience buying a home with Kinan!! He was so knowledgeable of the state of the market and of the areas and neighborhoods around Lakeway that we were interested in. He could not have been more responsive to our many calls, texts and emails. Despite helping several clients at once, his responsiveness makes you feel like his only client and sole focus. He knew our contract inside and out. During the contract phase, he didn't just relay messages from the seller, he also provided next steps and advice on how to proceed and respond. The negotiation process was like watching a chess master at work! Since we were buying a house in Austin while still living in Dallas, Kinan and his team made sure to be at every appointment at the house we were buying to meet with inspectors and other repair people, as needed. He connected us with excellent vendors, which was so helpful considering we were not from the area nor familiar with any of the businesses there. He helped us to understand the inspection report, where the red flags were, and what repairs we should ask the sellers to perform vs. doing on our own. When we couldn't get to Austin to check out new house listings, his team scheduled showings to walk us through the house via Facetime - incredible, over-the-top service! His entire team was top notch, had an eye for details, and a knack for customer service. We could not be happier with how the entire process worked out. We would absolutely use him again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend Kinan and The One Source Team to everyone we know who is looking to buy or sell!
