ZillowVERIFIED So absolutely awesome! What an honor! I'm surprised she's not on Bravo TV! She has an amazing demeanor, along side a very thoughtful, compassionate, and caring topping. If you're lucky enough, she will happily be showing you your new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimm Was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with the properties in the area and will go out of her way on a daily basis to make sure you have the best buying experience ever. When we narrowed the properties down to just a few we wanted the kids to see the houses. Kim was awesome with the girls and they fell in love with her immediately. She even took all of us out jet skiing. Needless to say The entire family appreciates Kimm and all the extras she does for her clients. Absolutely the best real estate experience we ever had a big thank you to Kimm who is a very very special realtor. She truly cares about people and when we finally purchased the perfect home she came over to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She even brought a house warming gift.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim has really been outstanding to us throughout our whole process. She's been kind, understanding, sympathetic, and extremely patient with me bugging her all the time with questions. I really really appreciate her sticking with us this whole time and not being bothered with how much contact we've had with her. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone and if we ever need a realtor in the future we will be calling!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimm was wonderful to work with during the buying process. She is such a go getter. From the beginning to the end she answered every call or text, even the late ones. Every question we had as first time buyers was answered. She fought hard to get us what we asked for and made sure we were always comfortable and informed. The process was so easy with her. Would highly recommend choosing to work with her!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimm provided exceptional services. Kimm is very knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to help explain any terminology that I didn't understand. If she didn't know something she went out of her way to get me the answer quickly (e.g. Insurance, loan, closing process, bidding, and etc). Kimm responded fast all hours of the day during the showing and during the closing (e.g. some late hour reassurance about the property or process). What I appreciate the most about Kimm was her willingness to come out to any property, near or far, and she was always prepared. Kimm was always patience and took time to help me identify any problems with the property or provided honest opinion when asked about certain property. I love how Kimm can come up with any stragaties for any situation. She makes the whole house shopping and closing really easy for me. Kimm never gave up on helping me search for that one prefect home. I highly recommend Kimm and will use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimm helped my family find the perfect home in July 2015. We looked at houses for about 3 months. Anytime we had questions, she answered them. Anytime we wanted to see a house, she took us and showed us. She was helpful and willing to go out of her way to help. I was dreading the whole process, but not with Kimm. She made buying a house easy. I would recommend her to others! Thank you Kimm, for helping me and my family find the perfect house to call our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimm is great at her job, loves to help people even if it isnt part of her job if it is related to buying or selling a piece of property she will do whatever she can to help you get the job done. she helped us make sure all the right paperwork was done all the inspections were done, then we kept having problems with the bank( basically they didnt want to do their job) and she did most of their job for them and made sure everything was done right and on time so we could get our house. Kimm goes way above and beyond any other realtor i have ever worked with some of them are just worried about getting their comission as easy and quickly as they can she actually cares about her customers. I will never use another realtor again if i decide to move to a different state well she is gonna have to get a licence there too!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Kennon went up and beyond what I ever expected when she was helping us find our home. She worked night and day making phone calls, setting up viewings, and meeting us to answer any and all our first time buyer questions. Working with such an educated, down to earth woman helped ease our anxiety tremendously! I recommend her every chance I get. If you chose her to be your realtor, you will not be disappointed.
