Kimberly went above and beyond in helping my wife and I sell our home. She brought materials of her own to help staging for our open house and house showings, helped us connect with contractors to do pre-sale repair works and the like, and provided consistent timely communication throughout the entire pre-sale and sale process. She had also helped us buy this home 4 years earlier, and during that time, she worked hard to find an option that fit both my wife and I's distinctly different tastes in homes. For this review, I must call out one additional example of her going beyond the call of duty - On the final day of moveout, I was critically low on sleep and made a pretty poor judgement call in terms of how I left the state of the house prior to hand over to our buyer in a rush to head out to meet my wife at our new home. Though it was not part of her duties as a realtor, Kim cleaned up the house for us herself. We owe her big for her assistance not only on the sale, but with the follow through.

Kimberly is amazing! She remembered my wife and me from the previous year when we initially started our first home journey. Unfortunately, at the time, we were working with another realtor. Low and behold, the deal and the realtor representing us did not work out. I was astonished that after just a brief walk through the previous year, she remembered us; she even recalled where I worked way out in hill country. With her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and awareness of what we wanted and needed, we decided to choose her as our realtor on our second attempt to buy our first home. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the areas where we wanted to live, but she was also well educated in the Texas real estate market and procedures. On our second go-around, my wife and I started with a list of about 12 houses. Kimberly was a trooper and showed us all of them. When it was time, she was understanding and gave us time and space to make our decision. In the end, when we found our home, she was so kind and held our hands through the rest of the process. Her suggestions and insights were honest and came from a place of compassion. I highly recommend Kimberly Zilton for any real estate need. I look forward to the day when we outgrow our current home and are ready to tackle the real estate market again with Kimberly by our side. She is my real estate sista from another Mista, LOL.

Kim is someone who gets. stuff. done. We had a stressful process selling our house in a different town with a different realtor, and Kim saved the entire thing helping us find our new home in our new town. She kept us calm with her adorable and even-keeled personality, and she was on top of EVERYTHING during the process. We'd say one word about something, and she was immediately on her phone, making calls or emails to remedy the situation. It was almost stress-free moving over here thanks to her. We knew we were great hands and could focus on the closing of our other house and moving without any added stress. Not only this, she's just fun to be around. Touring new properties was fun. She's a really great partner to have in this process.
