ZillowVERIFIEDKim was professional and sold our little house in just 4 days in the middle of January. From her initial inspection of the property and her advice on pricing and how to show property, her advice was spot on. She said she would call in 4 days with offers and while I didnt believe it possible, she definitely made a believer of me!!! Highly recommend her to anyone!!! Great followup and takes on homes regardless of size. She is a marvelaEUR|.great to work with and I only wish she could help me buy a house in Florida where we are moving. A totally calm experience and that is high praise from a highly anxious soul. She knows her clients and kept me sane.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is a very self motivated and extremely knowledgeable realtor. She was absolutely ALWAYS on top of things, very thorough and ALWAYS immediately responsive with any questions or concerns I had throughout my entire selling experience. Kim always provided immediate feedback after every showing of my home. What I loved most about Kim though is her integrity. I knew I could fully trust her and her game plan to sell my home and she delivered - from start to finish - in top-notch fashion. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Webb did a tremendous job in helping me find a home and then guide me through the process for making it all happen so that I could ultimately close on that home. She was patient and knowledgeable and gave me great advice from finding a lender to finding an inspector to handing me the list of utilities to call to get set up before closing . . . and everything else in-between. There were a number of circumstances involved which required Kim to put in more effort than normal but she did it with ease and knowledge. She always responded quickly to emails and texts and never left me hanging. I highly recommend Kim!

ZillowVERIFIED If it werent for Kims knowledge of the dusiness I would never have been able to have the house that I was selling wrap up in time to purchase the house that she helped me to buy. She is not only an expert in her field but a great people person. She was very concerned about my challenges with the sale of my house and gave me the direction that I needed. Everything went smoothly because of her attention to detail. She is also a great resource for anything you want to know about St Joseph. Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Though my home purchase was a relatively small one, Kim gave me as much time, advice and attention as if it was a high-end sale. Her negotiating advice was realistic, and contract explanations were both precise and understandable. I felt comfortable and confident at every step of the transaction from viewing the property to the closing. I genuinely feel that my needs and financial parameters were given the utmost respect.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the best - end of story! My wife and I decided we wanted a summer home so we searched the web and contacted agents in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Kim's knowledge of Southwest Michigan and all the inland lakes was second to none. Her professional and prompt attention to detail is what separates her from the rest. I've bought and sold close to ten properties in my life and dealt with many agents from many states. Kimberly Webb is the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED constant open communication, a real go-getter, she should teach all the real estate agents in Michigan how to be one. Anytime we had questions she would be there to answer them or go above and beyond the call of duty to find the answer. If i were to ever buy or sell a property in Michigan , I would go through Kim Webb, very knowledgable about all the areas we looked in.
