ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot rate Kimberly high enough. She was so amazing to work with, and she was a true professional. She assisted us with selling our house, and we are four states away. She made the very stressful process absolutely simple and flawless. She went way above and beyond for us. I recommend her without any hesitation.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim is simply the BEST! This review isnt about her selling us a home. We loved the home and knew we were going to buy it. It was her responsiveness, her relatability and negotiating skills that really impressed us. There were times, as we approached closing, that got a little difficult with the sellers and she was firm with ensuring that all agreements were executed to our satisfaction. She didnt disappear after the closing either. I say that because I know I bothered her a number of times and she was always happy to help, even if it meant contacting the sellers agent. Shes really easy to talk to, like youve been neighbors for years. Everything has been harder during COVID but she made this process so easy. So if youre in the market to buy or sell a home you should give her a call first!
ZillowVERIFIEDKim took great care in the sale of my property. She was attentive, responsive, professional, prompt, and overall very helpful. She facilitated the sale of my property very quickly, and ensured I took care of everything I needed to in order to get to closing on time. She gets an A+ all the way!
ZillowVERIFIEDKim was not only wonderful when assisting us with finding a home to buy but she was on standby with everything that we needed and had answers to all questions during the buying process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will most definitely use her services again in the future! We recommend Kim Wallace!!
ZillowVERIFIEDKim is really awesome. My first experience so I wished I was given more information during process. But She always answered or messaged me back. Help in ever way she could. I'm very happy and would recommend. ?
ZillowVERIFIEDKim was absolutely amazing! We were a bit nervous due to living out of state, but she made selling our home from 10 hours away a breeze and took care of every step. Definitely recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDVery positive experience! She went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I had as a first time home buyer. Even with social distancing measures in place she did all she could to ensure my experience was a positive one. Conducting many virtual tours for me. Ultimately I was able to purchase the home that I rated #1 on my list!
ZillowVERIFIEDKim Wallace was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and would answer any questions or concerns immediately. We were very comfortable with her and would highly recommend her as a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim knew the local market very well and was able to price the house at top dollar. The house had two offers the first day listed. Kim is very easy to work with, trustworthy, and reliable.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim made my experience as a 1st time home buyer great. She kept me well informed and help me with step by step details from start to closing. I am very grateful for everything she did for me.
