ZillowVERIFIEDKimberly was great! My wife and I are first time home buyers and she was helpful the whole way! You won't regret using her! She always went out of her way to show us houses last minute and she made the whole process easy and simple while keeping our best interest in mind. She is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. You can't go wrong with using her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly has sold 3 houses for us and in all 3 cases she did an outstanding job. She knows the market and will give you an honest opinion of what you can get. She will also tell you what improvements will increase what you can ask for and suggest people who can do the upgrades. She pays attention to details and will be a strong advocate for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable with the entire process of buying and selling homes. She answered any and all questions we had regarding selling our home. When a sale fell through at no fault of our own she worked diligently to get our home back on the market and sold within a few days. She truly works for her clients best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly was flexible on going out to see houses, made the process of buying a house simple, and help us get into a home with in our price range. We have a large family and she was able to give us out side of the box visions of what we could change to make it ours and fit our family. Kimberly and Chuck are very kind and supportive and I would recommend to anyone that is in need of an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly was amazing! She goes the extra mile for her clients and it really shows that she is more interested in finding the "Right" home and not just the most expensive home for her clients. She has great advise and will fight for what is right.

ZillowVERIFIED She helped "stage" our house so it impressed potential buyers. She was VERY knowledgible about setting up the living areas and the wall decor to our advantage. One 3 hour open house and we had a full price offer. We were very impressed with her knowledge and assistance and wouild recommend her services to anyone in her area. Also, she recommended an agent in our new area who found us a home quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly and Charles we so helpful for my husband and I! They helped us get in the EXACT Home we wanted and in a great location! They would not let me just find the easy way out and 'Settle" with the 1st home we saw, which I think is awesome because it means we found the 1st home of our dreams! I could not be more happy with our experience and I would recommend them 1,000 times to anyone who asks! :)
