ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly wouldn't list my home until she felt it was ready for any Inspector General showing up at 4AM for a surprise inspection - been there, done that as an active duty Marine. She knows the area and priced my home very well. When we did list my house, she got me 3 offers in less than 6 hours! One cash, and two for more than the asking price.
