I wanted waterfront property close to the highway and the center of town and Kim nailed it she found a lot that matched exactly what I wanted. The process through purchasing the lot was a very easy process and made me feel at ease and never once did I stress and to me that is what made working with Kim such a wonderful experience!

ZillowVERIFIEDThe personal touch and commitment were huge keys for us. Kim Snow arranged over 20 homes to be viewed in two weeks, that included a couple of return visits and numerous visits to the house we eventually purchased. She even scheduled visits to houses we knew we would not purchase, but just wanted to view for their novelties - many realtors would have considered that a waist of their time; but not Kim. I have been frustrated with realtors, realizing their commissions suffered, suggesting low offers would be insulting to sellers. Kim repeatedly supported low offers and even desired the challenge to get get us a lower purchase price than we suggested. We will continue to contact Kim with any realty needs while we live in Sarasota county!
