ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Kim over 2 years ago when my husband and I were just curious on a home that was having a Open House, at the time we were not in a possession to buy so Kim took our number and promised to check in from time to time. We are so glad she did, once we were in a possession to buy she helped us be in touch with all the right people for the loan processes. She is not only professional, she is also willing to go that extra mile when it comes to finding and securing that Dream Home as she did when we were able to finally find ours during a time when the market was HOT!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly is trustworthy, very easy to work with and knows how to get the job done. She has a great personality and does what she says she will do when she says she will do it even when on vacation. After a bad deal with another realtor she came to speak to me. She listened to my concerns, gave me suggestions, listed my home and within a few days we had a buyer. I would highly recommend Kimberly for buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finnish she was available to help me understand the buying process. With being a first time home buyer, kim took a lot of the stress off my mind. She listened to what I was looking for in a house and property and didnt try pushing/showing me any homes that didnt meet my requirements. Even after closing she checked in to see if everything was alright and if I had any new home owners questions. I do not have home buyers remorse because of how she tried to locate the right layout i was looking for. I would and will recommend kim if anyone is looking for a realtor because she cares. Thank you kim

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend Ms. Shea. She doesnt understand the importance of pre-approval or wearing face mask. I recently found out that Ms. Shea unprofessional disclosed information. As a realtor representing a company that is very unprofessional, distasteful and rude! My home was on the market for a short time. She NEVER showed my home. Other realtors however did show my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was great in selling our home and assisting with us purchasing a new one! She knew all the answers to every question, helping us in whatever ways we needed. Both the buying and selling went smoothly, without any problems. I couldnt recommend her enough! If you want someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful... basically everything you want in a realtor, then Kim is the realtor for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly was an amazing realtor. We found the listing on a sunday she agreed to meet with us later that same day. We fell in love with the house and she did everything in her power to keep us updated on everything including our home inspection which occured while she was on her family vacation. I would recommend kimberly to anyone looking to buy a home in oklahoma. She is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and patient.
