It is an extremely stressful and daunting process but Kimberly somehow managed to make the process fun and so much easier than Id feared it would be. Every time I had any concerns about anything in the process she was able to completely eliminate them, and she was wonderful about taking into account every single one of my desires for a new home. A couple of weeks after moving I looked at the list I had created months and months ago with all my needs and wants for a new home. All the needs were met and nearly all of the wants. Just a day after contacting Kimberly, we were able to meet face to face to discuss the type of house I was looking for. Kimberly and James were always prompt with any form of communication, listened to all of my concerns, and thoughtfully answered my questions. They were incredibly patient throughout the search process. I was initially reluctant to ask for showings of houses which on paper didn't quite meet all my criteria. However, they insisted that we go look at as many as possible so that we could talk through the things I liked and didn't like about each one. Friends of ours referred us to Kimberly and James, after reading their reviews online and knowing we could not go this alone we decided to connect with them. We only needed to make one offer with Kimberly and James, we closed in 18 days, and there were zero hiccups in the entire process. Their forth thought and guidance really helped us purchase our dream home. They made sure we always felt comfortable and confident in whatever we were doing. Here's why I think sets them apart from all other real estate agents: 1) They have a great team of people that they work with. From their admin team, inspectors, and lender who were all extremely meticulous and thorough. We closed in 18 days for our house. 2) James is strategic. We wrote a competitive offer that was just above the next offer. Despite that, we were up against an all-cash offer out of Hong Kong. In this type of competitive process, Kimberly and James took extra steps to make sure that the seller would want to sell to us. The Sonoma County housing market is competitive and for a desirable house you are competing against multiple offers, and having the money isn't enough. You need an agent that is aggressive in making sure your offer stands out and is willing to put in the work to make sure you stand out. 3) Kimberly and James are knowledgeable in different aspects and bring two different perspectives which is great to see all angles of a real estate transaction. We really felt like we received a lot of valuable information about which neighborhoods would work for us, and which ones would not. 4) Kimberly is always responsive. She responds to messages at all hours, and always made time for us. When I first saw our house listed on Estately, I asked to see it and Kimberly and James made it happen by that afternoon. 5) This team is trustworthy. They will tell you "No, this house is in a terrible neighborhood" or "No, this house is next to the dump." She doesn't want to see you in a house that you'll be miserable in, or in a neighborhood where you'll will turn out and want to sell in a year. Lastly, I want to emphasize that there is a HUGE difference between a good buyer's agent and a bad one. My husband and I had a terrible time with a terrible buyer's agent the first time around, when we bought our home last home in 2015. He met with us once in a Starbucks, told us our 600k budget was pretty unrealistic, and we never saw him again. We did all of the house hunting, tours, and signed the contract and got a loan, all on our own. We were young, inexperienced, and didn't know any better, and the whole process was extremely stressful, several months long, and we almost ended up homeless at one point, when we weren't sure if we would close on time. We still listed him as our agent so he got the commission from our house purchase, but the process really left us with a serious distrust of realtors. Kimberly and James are the complete opposite of that - they really care about all of their clients and will make sure you're happy. They do not care if you are buying a mobile home or multi-million dollar home and will work with you no matter your budget - just check out their past sales. I went into the experience extremely cautious because I had baggage from the last realtor, and they really turned this into a wonderful experience. I only wish I found them earlier!

Otherwise, we would be stuck in a very expensive month-to-month lease. Kimberly and James were the perfect agents for us. In just a month they showed us over 60 homes and ultimately helped us find a place in Santa Rosa that worked. I was amazed at the depth of her familiarity with the Sonoma County real estate market. They are extremely dedicated to her work, as she had no problem showing us homes late in the evening to accommodate my work schedule and was very responsive. They are extremely organized. This was very useful considering the small window we had to close our escrow and had no room for administrative setbacks. Furthermore, they are very well connected in the world. They were able to connect us with a lender that was also very diligent and fast. They were able to find a contractor to do some basic maintenance on the property before we moved in. They did this all like they had been doing this for 100 years and knew how to handle everything and anything that arose during the overall process. Most impressive of all: they were able to talk the seller into lowering the price we had agreed on once the appraised value came back below the purchase price during this competitive market. We are so happy we found them and will spread the word about what they were to accomplish with us in a very stressful time!

It had been my home for 9 years and was the first property I had owned, so taking this step was a very big deal for me. From start to finish, Kimberly and her partner, James, made the daunting process as easy as possible, culminating in a sale 27% over the list price. I had some time pressure to get the house on the market, as I was relocating jobs. Within 30 days, Kimberly and James had coordinated getting the place painted and repaired, inspected, and beautifully staged. At every step, Kimberly communicated to me exactly what was happening and what was on the horizon -- there were no unexpected costs or issues throughout the process. She even helped keep my neighbors apprised of when the stagers were coming, when the open houses were, etc... as a courtesy. We would recommend them highly to anyone. Our experience is completely consistent with all the other reviewers: Kimberly and James listened to us and did not push things we did not want. She helped us articulate preferences and requirements and led us through a rapid-fire tour of the neighborhoods that best matched our preferences and our budget. She was extremely responsive, patient, and worked very hard for us. After making a couple of offers that did not work out (we knew they were long shots), we found a third home that we liked even more than the first two, and were delighted when our offer was accepted. However, we went into contract literally the day before the Bay Area Shelter-in-Place order went into effect. This situation presented unique stresses and complications and we are very grateful to have had Kimberly and James by our side throughout the process. Throughout it all, Kimberly and James were never pushy, they simply worked with us and supported us in making the right decision for us. Ultimately, to make the transaction work for us we needed to work through some unique changes and addenda to the contract and they handled it like a true professional. ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly is an excellent realtor and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is hard-working, honest, and genuinely has her clients' best interests at heart. We looked at houses in 2015 and placed a few offers, but nothing worked out. Shortly after, we had a baby and put house-hunting on-hold, but I continued to casually look at Zillow. Fast forward to June 2017, I happened to see a listing that caught my eye. I emailed Kimberly to inquire about it, and she responded within 10 minutes, and she had already spoken to the listing agent. The property had been on the market for just 1 day and already had an offer. She helped us get in to see the property that afternoon, and we made an offer the next day. Our offer was accepted, but needless to say, it was an emotional and stressful process.
