ZillowVERIFIEDKim has helped us purchase three homes. She works hard to make sure we see as many locations as possible and makes an effort to point out positive and not-so-positive aspects of each property. She is professional, reliable, and good company!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the best of the best in Central AR! She is extremely knowledgeable on area market conditions and has been such an asset to our family as we have sold and purchased 4 homes over the course of the past 5 years. She is extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have referred numerous friends and family members to her and will continue to do so! If you are looking for an enjoyable experience she is your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED She was hardly ever there during our sale and buy. Worst experience ever. She had someone else handle our stuff. I wouldn't use her again or recommend her ever.

ZillowVERIFIED We found the home we were interested in looking at; listing agent wasn't available, so Kim was referred to us for showing. We decided to purchase home and closed December 2012.We let Kim list our home February 2013. Our main communication was via emails; which is good by me. My main problem was being requested to send the same information; requested previously, to her days after. When information was relayed via phone, I'd request she'd follow up with an email so I could review. I'd have to constantly request, and upon receipt she may have had for a week before sending.

ZillowVERIFIED We were on a short schedule to look at some homes over one weekend while we were in town. Kim did a great job of listening to our interests and found several homes that met our criteria. We looked at several homes and when we decided on the home we wanted, Kim helped us research everything about recent sales in the area, information on the house itself, and assisted us with all the details of purchasing the house. We highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was very responsive and always pleasant and her knowledge of the area was really great. She provided me with up front information that helped greatly in reducing time spent on units that simply would not have been worth my seeing.Additionally, she was always on time and made adjustments in her schedule to meet my fluid and tight schedule. Her advice on how to approach an offer was spot on and she showed a high level of insight into the types of units available and the type of offer to make.My search was fast and effective with Kim's assistance and she made every effort to insure I was fully aware of any odd situations that might have been associated with the various units that I reviewed. I can highly recommend Kim, and I am a demanding customer when it comes to responsiveness and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was a godsend for my wife and me. We were relocating to Little Rock and purchasing a foreclosure. We hit MANY bumps in the road along the way, and she had a solution for each of them...from helping us find a short term rental to recommending the right title company given the complexity of the foreclosure transaction. After remodeling the home, we decided to sell. She sold the home for us one day after we listed it. She next helped us select the perfect home for our kids in which to grow up (and negotiated a great price). She has been tremendously helpful and has become a great friend of ours.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was a joy to work with! She did a great job of listening to what we were looking for and worked diligently to find just what we needed. Even though she didn't grow up in Little Rock, she has taken the time to learn the area and it shows! She is honest and ethical, which is hard to come by. I look forward to using her again!
