Kimberly did an outstanding job helping me sell the apartment. She is a highly skilled professional in every direction from negotiating to adding a little magic touch to the premises. Above all, she has a genuine heart and is truly trustworthy to be at your team. It?s a honor to work with her and I recommend 100%.

I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Rex for my first apartment, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ms. Rex went above and beyond to answer all my questions and guided me every step of the way. She made me,a first time homeowner, feel stress-free. I highly recommend Kimberly Rex to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Kim is one in a million. She is not just kind and thoughtful, she is a problem solver. She just gets everything done and made it as easy as can be to sell our uncle?s coop from long distance. She was in regular communication and responded immediately to all requests. She kept us on track and her warmth and humor helped smooth some of the potential rough edges. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Work with Kim - you?ll be glad you did.

Kimberely did an outstanding job in helping me sell my fathers Co-Op. She is very knowledgeable in the entire selling process and took the time to guide me through the entire process. Besides marketing the Co-Op she helped me find movers, cleaners, painters, plumbers, and lawyers. She even lent a hand to help out. She was very responsive to all of my questions and sent me reminders as needed for things that needed to be done. She is very easy to talk with and cares a lot about doing a good job. Her market analysis helped set the initial price and during the negotiations she provided me with the necessary guidance to evaluate bids. All in all she is a pleasure to work with and highly recommended.
