Kim is just great! She jumps in right away, evaluates the situation, helps set expectations, and drives the closing process. She provides her insight and reflection each step of the way, without being intrusive. She is honest, forthright, and caring. We are so happy with our experience.

We were both super happy with Kim during our buying process. She helped walk through the benefits of each neighborhood and was focused on finding the best home in the neighborhood we liked. There were multiple bids for the condo we wanted, but we came out on top due to Kim's strategic relationships.

We first met Kim at an open house about a year before we started looking seriously. She was immediately patient and honest, and we ended up working with her to make our house purchase. We could not have been happier. Kim was amazing throughout and made the whole process stress-free, despite buying in the most challenging market conditions in the Bay Area at the time. Kim made the effort to get to know us and also what was important for us and she ended up finding us the right house without our budget. We got really lucky finding Kim and would highly recommend her.

Kim respected our parameters as sellers while informing us about market trends and best practices. She was an advocate for what we wanted and needed vs thiinking of herself and her profit potential. Kim was the knowledgeable partner in our home sale process that we needed.
