Good person, nice and respectful and at first was very open and responsive with communication. Some of the issues I had that werent resolved while staying at the property I dont think were her fault by any means but there is definitely a link in the chain somewhere that is missing sometimes. There were a multitude of things that got broken during a break in/theft and when I moved in initially there were things already broken as well that took weeks to get fixed. And some of the contractors they sent out to fix said items, like windows, etc. did a poor job at said repair. But they had another contractor that was great so it was a very hit or miss experience for the most part.

Kimberly is the best! We went to see a lot of houses. She never gave up on us. Questions were answered and she always, could be reached by a text or phone call. She definitely has her finger in the housing market.

Kimberly was very knowledgable about the the sale of our townhome. We live out of state and Kimberly took care of everything. She is a full service real estate agent. We had a water leak while the townhome was for sale and empty which caused significant damage that had to be repaired. Kimberly took care of getting quotes from contractors and also getting them out there very quickly for mitigation. She helped in every way. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Kimberly as an agent.
