We contacted eight realtors in the area before connecting with Kim. Most did not return our calls or didn't leave a good impression on us. Kim always made time for us and made sure we were informed on anything that we needed to know. We did home tours via facetime and she would always take the time to tell us about what we couldn't see on our screens and if it was a concern or not. Kim even arranged a dog sitter for us (big shout out to Jeannette) while we signed our closing documents. Helping us find our dream home could not have been easy for her as we were in another state through most of the process and we have never been to the area. We still found the perfect home in the perfect location. I can't recommend Kim enough. The review only allows five stars but we'd give her ten if we could.
